It is the system of 12:7:19, of the Twelve healers, of the Seven helpers and of the Nineteen helpers. The Twelve Healers are the remedies related to the twelve soul types that identify the type of personality we have at birth. The Seven Helps are chronic conditions, emotional states that develop over time, become habitual and sometimes mask our true personality. The Nineteen Helpers are the reactive mental and emotional conditions that arise in response to existential trauma. In addition to the description of the three categories of remedies, the volume also illustrates the two different techniques for preparing them: the sun method and the boiling method.
