Doses

For short-term, emergency situations or for immediate support, use the drops in the stock solution. For real therapeutic processes, aimed at changing patterns of behavior and emotions in the long term, prepare the dosage as follows: fill a 30 ml bottle with dropper 2/3 with natural mineral water and the remaining part with brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock sales bottle, for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol, use apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin. The standard dosage is 4 drops under the tongue, 4 times a day. Shake lightly before use to maintain the energy of the essences in an enhanced state.
