Doses

For short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support use the drops in the stock solution. For real therapeutic processes, aimed at changing long-term patterns of behavior and emotions, prepare a dosage bottle in this way: fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper 2/3 full of natural mineral water or spring water and the remaining brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock sales bottle, for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol use apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin.
The standard dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day, but everyone can understand for themselves how many times to take the essences. Shake lightly before use to maintain the energy of the essences in an enhanced state. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.
