Directions

This essence comes from the stems and leaves of fresh green herbs, obtained with the same method used to create flower essences. It cleans the body, eliminating excessive fermentation. For this function, it is recommended to take it orally for at least 2 weeks, in doses of 5 drops, 5 minutes before eating, three times a day.

Topically, Green Essence helps eliminate eczema, psoriasis and fungi. In these cases we recommend 7 drops in a bowl of water, then dabbing on the surface to be treated, then leaving to dry. The treatment must be repeated morning and evening for 15 days, taking care to change the water in the bowl every 2 days. It is recommended to never use this essence orally and topically at the same time, because the skin may chap. Rather, take Green Essence for external compresses for a duration of 15 days and then internally for another 15 days.

For candidiasis, Green Essence should be taken at the same time as Peach-flowered Tea-Tree for two weeks, before each main meal. During the following 2 weeks, however, we continue with a combination of Bottlebrush, Peach-flowered Tea-tree and Spinifex, morning and evening. After which, for another 15 days, we continue only with Peach-flowered Tea-tree only, always morning and evening. At the beginning of the treatment, supplement with lactic ferments for a month, avoiding foods containing sugar or fermented foods, such as alcohol, vinegar, bread, etc.
