Directions:

Self Heal is the total care cream: it has general therapeutic properties and can also be used for newborns and the elderly. For wounds, cuts, skin problems and irritations: rashes, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis. Scalding, burns also caused by prolonged exposure to the sun. For joint pain, muscle tension and cramps, sprains and other injuries. For general skin care: as a nourisher for face, hands, body, anti-wrinkle and make-up base.

Doses:

For individual needs it can be used with other flower essences, thus creating personalized formulas: it is recommended not to exceed 3 or 4 essences for each composition and to put 24 drops of stock essence for every 60 g of cream and mix it with a wooden stick , for approximately three minutes clockwise and anticlockwise.

1. For *joint pain, muscle tension and cramps*: after a massage with appropriate oils, the cream can be gently applied to the painful areas. Add the essence of Dandelion for contracted and tense muscles and Cayenne to warm these areas and to disperse the energy blocked in the body at these points.
2. For *menstrual cramps and rebalancing the menstrual cycle* add Chamomille, Black Cohosh and Dandelion, along with Mugwort essential oil and massage clockwise and anti-clockwise over the uterus and stomach area.
3. For *skin inflammation* due to eczema or dermatitis, add the essence of Aloe vera, St. John's Wort and Crab Apple to reduce inflammation in the affected area.
4. For *allergic skin reactions* add Yarrow, Pink Yarrow, Golden Yarrow and Red Clover flower essences. This combination can be applied to any area of the skin affected by allergies or to the chakras that are physically most vulnerable such as the heart, stomach and solar plexus.
