Basil flower essence is recommended for people whose sexuality is unable to express itself in a balanced way, when it is repressed or becomes predominant to the detriment of other values or when it is at risk of causing relationship problems. It is aimed at couples facing conflicts of sexual and emotional origin. The basil floral essence facilitates openness and dialogue within the couple and allows you to integrate spirituality and sexuality into the heart of the romantic relationship.

Doses
For optimal effectiveness do not use more than 5 different flowers at the same time. The drops of each chosen essence can be taken consecutively (three drops for each flower) but it is preferable to mix the same quantity of essence for each flower in a 30 ml vial and take 3 drops of this mixture 3-5 times a day : in the morning when waking up, before main meals and in the evening before going to bed. A few days are enough to balance a fleeting mood or emotion. For a deep treatment, take the essences regularly for a period of 3-4 weeks. For acute or exceptional situations, frequently repeat taking the drops as often as you feel the need. The frequent and regular use of Flower Essences significantly strengthens their action.

The Essences can be taken:
- sublingually, holding them under the tongue for a few moments before ingesting them;
- as an external application;
- adding about ten drops to the bath water.
