This oil is obtained from the Mugwort plant, Artemisia Vulgaris, with essential oils of Red Mandarine Orange, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Neroli and Mugwort that calm the nervous system and flower essences of Mugwort and Hibiscus that warm the body and soul.

Directions for use:

1. Warm up all cold areas of your body, such as your feet and hands.
2. For all areas of the body that lack circulation such as varicose veins.
3. As a tonic for the body that tends to be stiff and tense, or for rheumatism.
4. It can be applied in a similar way to the Mugwort (moxa) treatment used in acupuncture, to increase the flow of energy through the meridians.
