Ingredients:
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); selenium (L-selenomethionine); cornstarch; bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); anti-caking agent (magnesium salt of fatty acids); capsule (HPMC).

It does not contain:
Dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.

Directions:
According to numerous studies, to obtain the maximum effect, selenium must be taken both in sodium salt form and in chelated form with methionine.
