Recommended doses:
1 capsule per day to complete a main meal. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a glass of water.

Precautions for use:
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Prolonged intake of amounts greater than 10 mg per day of Vitamin B6 can lead to tingling and confusion.
