Ingredients:
[Vitamina C (Ascorbato di Magnesio), Ferro (Ferro Bisglicinato), Acido Folico, Vitamina B12 (Cianocobalamina)] in a base of Alfaalfa, Spirulina and Blueberry; Capsule (HPMC).

It does not contain:
Dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.

Raw material derivation:
Iron is of mineral origin and is chelated using glycine.

Benefits and features:
- Iron contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Together with folic acid (important in the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy) it contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin; both contribute, as do vitamin C and vitamin B12, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal homocysteine metabolism and, like iron and vitamin C, contributes to normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the immune system.

Useful in case of:
Anemia, support for the immune system, support for the correct development of the fetus, pregnancy, lack of energy.

Recommended doses:
1 capsule per day to complete a main meal. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a little water.
