Natur Vitaminic Food Supplement - Folate B12 Extra 30 Capsules

Ingredients:
Tapioca starch; capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose); folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

It does not contain:
Dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.

Directions:
Folate B12 Extra is an ideal supplement for women, which provides folic acid and vitamin B12 in its biologically active form (hydroxycobalamin) and most represented in our body. It is best to take vitamin B12 and folic acid at the same time, as taking folic acid alone can mask anemia and vitamin B12 deficiency.
